What makes a face look dizzy?
The eyes do most of the work. @ looks like a spiral, × and ✖ read as knocked out, ⊙ and ☉ next to each other look unfocused, and ◎ suggests swirling. A sweat drop (;) adds panic, and extras such as 💫 or 〰 show the spinning. The same faces work for «confused» and «exhausted», so the «when to use» column helps you pick.
